How is the REIONATOR™ different from softeners I see at
nearby home improvement stores?
Most water softeners sold at local home improvement warehouses are simply water softeners. The REIONATOR™ takes it a
step beyond. The REIONATOR™ will not only remove hardness, calcium and magnesium (to soften the water in your home),
but will also remove certain levels of iron, aesthetic chlorine, taste, odor and sulfates.

How do I know which product is right for me?
Having your water tested will help you determine your exact needs, even though you may already know you have one or more water
problems. In determining your needs, Water Pure will look at a number of things. For example, the hardness level and other
constituents in your water, as well as the size of your family will influence the size or type of equipment necessary for remedying
your water problems.

Is bottled water the best alternative to my tap water?
Bottled water usually tastes good, but it can be expensive and a hassle to purchase and store. It is less expensive to use a home
drinking water system, such as Water Tech’s TFC-4 reverse osmosis unit. Drinking water systems are convenient and provide you

How can I find out what contaminants are in my water?
There can be a number of discernable indications pointing to what’s contaminating your water. But, your best bet is to contact
Water Pure for a water analysis. If necessary, you can have your water sent to Servi-tech Labs to provide you with a more detailed
analysis of your water. Water Pure will help you interpret the results and determine what, if any, treatment is necessary.
